For a black plastic bumper, stainless tip, and wiping off the dash I’d usually guess about $300, but it’s an audi, so my guess is $1300.

yea i was shocked at the difference. I was looking underneath and I actually have scratches and paint transfer on the underside of my muffler. I’m guessing he just went down and under.

he asked if it was from the accident but when he saw 2 symmetrical dents he stated he wasn;t buying it. I am going to go after some airride repairs as its been deflating

im not really sure what I want to do. i found the bumper cover for $190
http://www.ebay.com/itm/01-05-AUDI…
I could buy that and pocket the rest (i think i have to reasd thru all the stuff)
I could patch and sand the damage and plasti-dip all the plastic (which I kinda want to do anyway)
or I can take the money and get the cam tensioner seal replaced (about $100o)
![]() 04/01/2016 at 21:06 |

That’s true. Why does the cam tensioner seal need replacement?

It leaks oil. It drips down to the exhaust which causes the oil to smoke and it’s in the perfect location for the HVAC to suck it up

Yes, then that would be a good idea.
